Default Cam Regrinds... Specs, Opinions, etc...

I just sent my cam out today to be reground...

but I'm just wondering if anybody out there is running a reground cam... if so I'd like to hear who did the work, specs, problems, impressions, positives, negatives, etc....

F22's only please...no H22'ers in this thread....

What grind did you get though?
I looked at WEB's grinds, as I've heard nothing but good things about them but their grinds weren't aggressive enough and they wouldn't work with me at all on a custom grind. So I had to go with a different company...

Ooopps... sorry. Yep they sure do have a website the URL is http://www.deltacam.com/ the phone # is 1-800-562-5500

They don't have applications listed on their website so I'd reccomend calling them...but the site is still informative...
They are very helpful to talk to.
and from what I understand the price for regrinds is for everyone... I think the mild 260 grind costs $50 and the more aggressive 272 grind costs $65-75... and if you figure in $20 shipping both ways... It's still more cost effective than almost anywhere else...

I'm very happy so far...

Anything for the F23? I would be very happy if they do. Don't want to spend $500 by buying a camshaft from Web, or Gude. Also, don't want to deal with Gude's customer service if someone happens that I don't approve of.

I sure did.. and I was told 2 things...

Unless I was raising the stock redline/fuel cut, I could use stock springs...
But if I planned to up the redline any, Ferrea springs & retainers were the way to go...I was told the same thing by quite a few different places.

I'm running on new OEM springs right now...
Not going to upgrade them until the head is sent out for P&P...hopefully within a month or 2.
