They say Racing Hart on em. But what kind are they? Also, how much are they worth?

 

f24 I believe they were called

 

those are racing hart f24s. i believe, they had another wheel at the time called the st louis but i believe it is a different wheel then what you have.

as far as what they are worth i'm not to sure. you might be able to get like a g or so for them.

I consider those the end of the dope old school wheel era. IMO then came the monsoons
