i passed last year with an intake and exhaust, now i have a camshaft(comp 59300), greddy header, test pipe(can barrow friends cat), and all the rest is non performance so it doesn't matter. does the cam and the header alter the emissions? cause, you know, i kinda need to pass em.

 

I would think you would as long as you put a cat back in.
