my bike just rolled over the 8k mile mark the other day. i know that i'm supposed to get a checkup at this point. what exactly do they do and what exactly do they check? is it absolutely necessary to get the check up right NOW? i will have to pay for this checkup b/c i'm not the original owner of the bike.
