I'm kind of new to car audio stuff. I actually took the radio and subwoofer out of my last car. I'm doing a lot of driving in my civic crx(about 100miles/day) and want to be able hear music with my windows open.

I guess my goal is to hear clear music with windows open at 70mph.

I'm looking for a webpage or even a book that can explain car audio stuff(terms like Peak power, rms, two, three way, cross through, bridging, amps etc.) to me so I can make the best decisions and not need to buy things more then once.

go get a magazine and start reading it all. Car Audio is a good source for information.


I have 2 JL W7 12" and 2 Jl 1000/1 amps and i can hear it fine.
