Default Type-S vs Base model

Someone told me the only difference between the RSX Type-S and base model is the 5 speed gearbox and the ECU, and the base model is 400 lbs lighter. Is this true?

No there is a lot more. Differnt internals, head brakes, crank, intake mani, exhaust, tranny, ecu, and i am shure others
