By removing the stock muffler running it open will it help out performance wise?Will i drop my ET time or will i lose power and my ET time will go up?plmk cause i have an event that coming up and want to run my best..people say by removing your muffler and running it open will gain power and drop like .20 of your time or so..thanks

 

u wont gain anything from it that will matter..u might gain 1-2 HP..but not 2 tenths!

Will dc help?Do you mean a header?If all you have now is a stock manifold,then yes a header will help a lot.

 

yeah dc sports headers..How much of a drop of time will i see if i drop these headers on my R motor..use to have a stock gsr manifold..

 

I saw a little over a tenth with JDM header and test pipe.
