LS stats vs b16a stats
whats up, I went to the search first.Im trying to go with the ls but dont know enough about either the ls or b16a my friend has a b18c in his 92 hatch im looking in building a crx, Im in the process of buying a 89 crx si with out an engine nor tranny the lot im buying it from has an ls swap there at his shop should i do that or get the b16a witch will make my crx faster on the street and on track in the future im thinking of going lsvtech please help i have to make up my mind in a few days.thanks

wanna save money go b16 or else wait and make some money and get a gsr you dont wanna go through the work of LsVtec.....it will make it more difficult for you...
b16a sir seems like the easiest way to go.. if you get the b18c1 swap you need to convert the tranny from it being hydro to cable.. non the less a b18c1 is either obd 1 or obd 2 when your ef is a obd 0.. so you're gonna have to switch things like the distributor and wiring harness.. plus w/ the obd 1+ they use saturated fuel injectors, whil your ef uses peak and hold. sorry for the poor sentence structure and bad spelling, but b18c1 is gonna be a lot of work and you should probably do some research on it.
