just got a 97 gsxr, when i start it up it idles really high (~3-4000 rpm) and it stays there even when its warmed up. it was running fine yesterday, all i did was add a lil oil. when i try to ride it like this it shuts off when i try to shift into second and the ingnition fuse would burn out. please help i wanna ride.

 

get manual for it and find the idle control. i change the idle on my bike all the time to help it not die when its not warmed up
