paint them like how ppl make there own fake visions.... jus get stained glass paint and clean up the lights and spray a cpl clean coats untill its dark enough for ya

its not photochopped cuz i took that picture

ya i guess its painted from the inside or something, i didnt see any vinyl stickers, it was a very clean job.
