autopower race roll bar(cage)
Keep in mind that SCCA and NASA want you to have a cage that is made from either DOM or ChromeMoly tubing. Also make sure the diameter and thickness of the tubing is correct for the weight of your car.

Does Autopower even make an off-the-shelf cage that doesn't meet the thickness/diameter requirement for our small cars? I think my Kirk cage (1.75 x .120) meets the requirements of a Mack truck.

I have a 1.75 .095 dom tubing cage that fits a 94 and up integra, both 3 and 4 door, im not sure of what the differances are, but im sure that I can find out.
The reason I brought up the tubing requirement is that several sanctioning bodies now require DOM as a minimum for material type with ChromeMoly (4130) as the alternate. If all you plan to do is autocross locally then most any 4-point bar will do for you so long as it is designed for your car. The minimum number of attachment points for SCCA and NASA roadracing is either 6 or 8 depending on class. For Improved Touring (Travis and I run that one) the maximum is 8. While you are doing your search look for a bar with the correct horizontal bar location for attaching the shoulder harnesses.

http://www.kirkracing.com You can get the phone # in Mt. Olive Alabama (Birmingham area) and chat with them-great folks to deal with.
Autopower, as far as I know, and I have checked in the last month with IOPort racing, does not make just a race-roll bar in DOM tubing. You can only get it that way if you order the U-weld cage at the same time. So the resale value is limited if you just get the bar, and your future upgradability is gone too. I made the decision to go with Kirk (but then my car decided to start falling apart again
