ITR Stock springs...will they fit on...

There is a set of ITR springs on sell at Ebay for around 50-70, I want to improve my gf's 2000 Teg GS.
Will they fit? and would it be a dramatic improvement in handling? That way, she have no more excuses to not go to AutoX with me
