I know the whole carbon fiber hood thing is getting out of hand and they dont really noticibly change performance but I cant make up my mind to get one or not. Just hoping to get a second oppinion. Heres a few pics of the car.

heres a picture to give u an idea, we already have the same rims, so maybe it can help u make ur mind up

i vote no, because as you said, it wont change anything performance wise, and it will just look like you cant afford to have your hood painted.. u know those kids that drive around with primered body kits and ****? thats how CF hoods look..

I vote yes. Apparently you like the style cuz u got a carbon fiber lip. I suggest finish it out with a nice fitting carbon fiber hood.

I add to this plus they are junk quality in construction by all those Cali shops. They don't align like oem and flap around at high speed.

Not really carbon has a shine to it, unlike the dull primer. Depends on the clear coat of the hood. Again its mainly all up to UR type of style and prefrence its not up to us.

voted yes...the CF hood will really compliment your ride.
Make sure that you buy a QUALITY item and avoid poorly constructed pieces.

I would usually say no to carbon fiber hoods just cause the cost so damn much and dont do a whole lot but on your car I think it would look hot with that lip and rims.......

your car will definitely stand out.

whether the attention will be from the right crowd or theives, you need to figure out which you want to deal with.

yeah, but he was asking for opinions, and in my opinion, cf hoods kill the cars appearance.. as any mismatched body panel will.. just my 2 cents.
