If your tires wore out that fast, then you either are driving terribly or your alignment is way off (or both).

I've never heard of Douglas tires. I've used the H4's before and they're pretty good as far as wear for the price.

i havent had any experience with other performance tires...but nitto nt450's are about $100 each. i've had mine for 3 years, driven them pretty hard...and the tread is still like 85%...not too bad for Z rated tires i'd imagine.

the Douglas are just some tires i seen at Walmart i was just queries iv never heard of them before either but there labeled as performance tires have a 40,000 mile tread warranty i probably should of taken advantage of my Yokohama warranty but i never thought of it until i was past 25% tread. i do drive extremely hard on my tires i live in West Virginia and there are a lot of curvy *** roads on the way to work and then there are my weekend excursions

no all i have is a CAI for now with an automatic transmission the only wheel spin that i get at the lights is a little if i powerbrake it. this wear is all from extremely hard cornering and sliding them (no im not e-brakeing it)

The cheaper the tire usually the worse the performance... i have some Continental or somethin like that right now and they have lasted pretty good. As for Wal-Mart tires i'de rather pull the plastic wheels off of my lil cuz's big wheel.
