Default newbie trying to replace brakes.

I am trying to change rotors and pads on my 4th gen (92 ex). I have read that the rotors are a pain. Should I just get this done by a prof? And are the pads a pain as well? If not -- can someone post some diagrams or how-tos.... any help would be greatly appreciated. --thanks.

rotors and pads are the hardest thing to do actually its the easiest to do. the one that is really hard is the brake drum because the way that the drum brakes are set up its complicating.

heres how you change brakes:
1. go under the hood remove cap from brake fluid resovoir
2. jack up the car remove tires
3. find the 2 middle screws on the caliper. usually you use a 14mm to remove it.
4. remove the caliper
5. use a impact screw driver to remove the screws holding the rotor in place
6. remove the rotor and place the new one
5. remove brake pads.
6. use a c clamp to push back the piston on the caliper
7. place new brak pads onto caliper
8. screw the 2 middle screws back into place
9. once that is done before you do some driving make sure you step on brakes until peddal is hard. that means there is liquid pressure to the brakes

LOL, the rotors wont go that easy on a 4th gen. The wheel bearing has to be pressed out of the knuckle.
