Anyone have a pic of the Mugen Sidestep Kit (side skirts) on an R with a USDM front? Preferably yellow.

Thanks.. could ANYONE tell how much this white ITR is lowered, because that is what I want mine to look like. It is perfect at that height with the stock wheels IMO.

does anyone know how much it is to get just the side skirts? looks nice IMO. I thought it did resemble the wings west sideskirts too.

 

Are they exactly the same? Same material, etc..?

Wings West is made of urethane...

 

The WWs sideskirts are knockoffs. Same goes with the RS racing lip. Just look at the red round headlight integra in the Mugen Integra brochure. The real Mugen skirts go for $530, according to the King Price list from '99...

The Mugen sideskirts and Wings West are identical. Unsure of what material the Mugens are made of, although, I'd pick urethane over fiberglass anyday...

Tsaktuo: did your car (the yellow one) have a different rear bumper piece to make it blend in with the skirts better? Almost looks like the OEM underbody piece, but I cant tell.

Just get the WW ones, much much cheaper then the Mugen, and they are urethane!!

 

TypeR1558: See above for different materials used w/ Mugen and WW. Also, I'd suggest getting the OEM rear skirt pieces if you can, I don't really like the rear look too much with the Wings West apron. I'm thinking both the OEM or the WW will blend the same with the side skirts...

R-Spec: They were discontinued Racing Hart ST6, powdercoated champ white...

SWEET R! Is it lowered? If so, what did you lower it with? Do you have any pics of the back side..... I am curious to know how the back looks without any kind of a bumper replacement, because it looks like you are using the stock one. Wondering how it matches up with the Mugen skirts.

Funny.... from the way you all are talkin, it sounds like the WW skirts are made out of better material than the Mugen ones.

Hey Jon, I left the back as is. I think the angles that I took those pics make the car seem lower, it is actually at stock hieght still!
