i have axxis ultimates with brembo blanks on the back, cobalt rotors on the front

the setup was heating up so much when i drove through deal's gap in Nc. it's 11miles with a lot of corners. what could be the problem?
my friend has a type r with spoon calipers and it wasn't heating at all..
