I can get you the part numbers in a day or so. I just had to order these parts to install my rear lip but i ordered the parts from the front because they do not sell the rear lip hardware. be ready to shell out about $45.00.

or you can just do like i did. go to home depot or loews and get some bolts washers and nuts. it'll cost a lot less and seriously, how many people are going to look under your lip and be like, "you suck, you don't have OEM bolts on your lip." It will save you a lot of money.
4 self taping screws - for end peices to attach at bumper
6 or 8 10 mm bolts - for tabs on lip that fit to bumper
6 or 8 bolt clips - not sure how you say this, but its the U shapped thing you slide onto something thin and has a bolt on the other end tack welded in place, they are similar to the ones that hold the center part of the grill in place with the color trim peice
edit 1 - the websites listed above is perfect, but yet it doesnt give part numbers so that sucks....but there you go

lol
I'm not worried about that, its just that I know the OEM mounting style won't cause me any problems.
I may end up using the Home Depo route though...
...Unless someone awesome gets some part numbers!

If you go to a dealer, they might know what you're talking about if you show them those Honda instructions I posted up. But if they're anything like the ones near me, they'll be clueless and say, "'99-'00 Civic Si's didn't come with front lips."
Yea, my honda dealer is fuggin stupid. I was looking up some engine parts, brought in the Helms manual, and they still couldn't find what I needed on their computer!
Probably will try though.

If you go down to a local body shop, they typically carry all of those fasteners needed for more than half as much as what Honda charges. I learned the hard way. After purchasing from Honda, I noticed all the fasteners at the place where I purchased the paint for my CTR lip.
It's worth making a phone call at least.
