is the type-s worth the money
its worth the extra 2-3g's over the base...but if ur looking for a car thats 25k or less...then there are better choices...i picked it b/c i don't like the other chioces...and i have to stick with the honda family
Stock performance - no. It's overpriced if you only look at it this way, IMO.
Stock potential - depends on how much you like Hondas/Acuras.
Stock overall value - if you like other things the car has to offer outside of the performance ring, then it's sense of refinement over the old GS-R may or may not suit you.

If you are looking for a new car that has serious potential then it is worth it. I lke ours- I prefer my 91 hatch over the type s though, I'm just not a huge fan of all of the "refinement" that Slammed spoke about. The gearbox is SWEET, the engine is strong as hell w/ crazy potential, and the styling is good. I think my biggest complaint is w/ the steering- it doesn't relay enough feel of the road for me; maybe it's b/c I'm used to no power steering in my oversized go kart
. Overall it is a good value IMO.

N/A potential is insane, like others said if u look at it from strictly a performance standpoint then yes it odesnt stack up that great vs competition (wrx). but as a whole package you'll be hard pressed to beat its value.
