Honda Philippines never released any Honda here with a factory sunroof. Its a gem to have one here.

Are leak issues a total bitch? Opinions please. thanks!

i think its a waste, i never open mine. i cant stand that miami sun during the day......

mine is leaking..after 14 year.

even in socal, aka no rain more than 20 days per year..
no snow, no hail it still leaks

do not have one of those sunroof visor..it will trap alot more white in the area and it will eventually leak

i love my sunroof, i rarely turn on my a/c unless it's ultra hot and I am in a rush.
most us the pop out mode..

 

10 years here and no leaks...i think it is worth it because you can open it on rainy days (my roof is pop up and retractable with built in wind deflector that pops up when the roof retracts into the car) On hot days it draws air out of the car quickly and on sunny days (when it is cool outside) it's great

 

i have those pop up wind reflector in my beater too but the previous guy add those visor thing which eventually weaken the seal.

it's fixed now, lol with a long *** wire and filthy finger.

 

I say they are absolutely worth it. I haven't had any problems in my 91, and the car has been through hell and back.

There's no better way to cruise on a clear, crisp night than with the roof open.

 

i agree with you. i mean thas jes something extra that might weigh down the car

 

sunroofs are cool, you can flip the bird at a driver that almost hits you without opening the window

 

And you can shoot fire crackers...etc outta them on the go on 4th of July...

And uh... 7 years here and absolutly no problem with leaks...

 

get the sunroof &gt;&gt; you are a fool if you do not

 

have one on my 94 accord ex, i love it.

 

sunroofs are the **** man. they will come in handy anytime. get one if you have a chance!!!

 

I have a '98 accord. No leaks from the sunroof at all. I usually don't use it a lot during the day because it's too hot. But at night it really rocks.

 

i love my sunroof.. i rarely open my windows.. i just leave the sunroof open when i drive.. to have some air..

 

If you smoke in the car, the sunroof is nice because when you have it open and the window cracked, the air (and smoke) will be sucked out of the sunroof (at least it does on a popup sunroof, I don't know about the sliding ones).

 

factory sunroof owns joo.

the aftermarket ones all leak though.

 

my aftermarket roof does not leak.......
