How do i get the paint off my vents?

I bought the car 4 yrs ago with white paint on the vents and some of the other interior parts like center console and glove box. What can i use to get the paint off with that wont damage the paint????

just sand it down and paint it back to the origional color. i actually painted mine back in the day when i first had my car, some of the parts i replaced from the junkyard, some i painted black with a rattle can. still looks good after a few yars of being black again.

paint stripper if the vent is a hard plastic.
paint stripper will melt softer plastic, paint
