Looks fast. Doesn't look too bad. 
Edit: Now that theres more pictures added, not too sure about it. I think the color is the main thing I don't like.

honestly, nice wheels, headlights, engine and color. but as for the body kit, its a little too much. if it was cleaner, bodykit less and more of an s15 conversion and not just headlights, it would be nicer.

but seriously, if he's going to leave the car like that, at least get wider tires to fill the flared fenders. Flaring the fenders w/o getting wider tires looks damn ugly.
