Default OT-My new ride in Hong Kong (Pic)

After 10 years of dreaming and 4 months of waiting......well....I finally got it. The story goes like this. I sold my Mitsubitshi Lencer 6 months ago. I then went back to Canada and started thinking what car should I get next. After having a long discussion with my wife, we finally decided the car below is what I should get. I ordered this car from Nissan Japan back in April. The car arrived Hong Kong early this month and went thru the inspection and smog check etc...It's now sitting at my friend's shop waiting for the insurance and the alarm installation. I should be able to take it home this coming Friday.

Here you go....the Skyline R34 GTR Vspec II.

For more pic....please visit my web site.

sweet, definitely a good choice....

Are you bringing it to Canada or keeping it in Hong Kong? Wasn't too clear which was your "home" for her...

now I want one........like the blue too, not normally a big fan of the color, but on the GT-R it rules...i'd have to go for silver or pearl white though....maybe yellow........MAYBE I'D BE HAPPY WITH ANYONE OF THEM!!! even though I hate red

Dude! You're the man that's all I have to say.

I think he means he's going to have it in Hong Kong...hence the title of the thread?

The car will stay in Hong Kong. I come to HK every 3 months and my family all live here. I drove the car today with the "Test Drive" license plate since I haven't got the insurance for it yet. My first impression is that the low end of the car was not very strong. Maybe I didn't step on it hard enough or maybe the car was too heavy. My friend told me that's the way the car is when it's stock. Anyway, I will try it again once I get the insurance. I already have the HKS BOV and the Apexi turbo timer installed in the car.

hey man, ok, this time i be nice to u, ur car is very nice, but i still think mine is better hahahahaha.

U know last time, mike is so stupid it was yesterday at around 6-7pm when we are going to workout, and he said, hey he is still in the airplain flying.

I was like, wtf!?!? u stupid man haha.

Anyways, get ur icq back on. And btw, is ur bov loud enough? told u the skyline is not as fast as my wrx hehehehe, j/k

Hey i got my downpipe, exhaust and avc-r. The car is very loud, a bit too loud for a turbo car. But o well, anyways i m still not too sure how to use the avc-r.

but the car is fast man, i m telling u, i didn't expect this much result and is sooooooooooooo fun man, it always back fire.

don't skylines cost like 80-90k in HK? I recall my friend telling me cars cost twice as much in HK... like an Integra would be 40k
