Default List Integra Aftermarket Spring Rates

I thought I'd post this just for future reference. Plus some of our archive got wiped out (but that doesn't matter really since I've never seen rates posted on this board). Please make corrections and post spring rates for springs that haven't been listed. I'd really like to get the spring rates for Japanese springs if at all possible.

G3 OEM - 212F, 117R
Eibach Sportline - 460F, 174-257R (progressive)
H&R Sport - 276F, 276R
H&R SofSport - 276F, 276R
H&R Race - 583F - 450R

Can someone please double-check the front spring rate for the Sportlines?

The H&R OE sports rear are progressive rates: 180-200
The front specs that I have are 260 linear. Just so ther's no confusion, they're called OE sports, and are no longer the same as the Neuspeed Softsports. Very close but not the exact same springs.

I forgot exactly what my springs were, but the Tein S'tech are progressive, from i think 140 something to 371 in the front, and in the rears it's a bit softer but not that far behind.. i got the specs from mclaren's webpage.. he had a fat list of spring rates. i forgot the URL too

The guy at Eibach told me 331 front and a progressive rate of 125 to 194 rear for the prokit on a G3.

Comptech spring rates for G3's were quoted to me as being 315-340 front and a rear progressive rate of 135 to 210. I will re-edit the 315-340 being progressive or left/right on monday.
