RSX springs

hi guys i finally got my RSX and i want to lower it.
which spring woud you guys recomend? ride quality? and how much of a drop?

alot of people are gonna tell you to do a search on H-t or clubrsx.com
but i have tein s.tech and i love em'
its a 1.7f and 1.5r...ride like stock
