I have a 00' ex, and I just bought an AEM fuel rail and regulator. Come to find out that the fuel rail is for an eg. Now at first I just thought this meant that the regulator was on the opposite side, and that I would just have to lengthen the vac line, and run the fuel return line back to the other side. Then I realize that there is a sensor on the back (middle) of the stock fuel rail. Does this actually go inside the fuel rail or does it just mount on the fuel rail? At this point I am assuming I am sh*t out of luck and need to buy a new fuel rail.

Anybody know what I can do?

 

Not worth my troubles, so I guess it goes up for sale.
