My new GC upper mounts. It also came with new bump stops. I got pewter instead of the OG reddish color that they have because I wanted to be different. Well anyways these are 1" longer than stocks and is supposed to add extra travel for your struts so that you wont bottom out as much. It will also extend the life of your struts. I'll take try to take pix of them installed.

hey where did u get those and how much were they, I am really interested in giving my struts more travel cuz I like it low too much to raise it even though I know it is killing my struts.

whats the site..cuase http://www.groundcontrol.com doesnt seem to be it..
i got a really stupid question...
if you slap those on the fronts and you just have lowering spings.
will that cause the front of the car to lower?
or were these designed with the use of coil overs in mind to equalize the hieght different between the front and the back... I am sure I could of searched for the answer to this but I figure this post will get whored for a bit so answer away.

to answer everbody's questions:
1) Where did I get them from? Ground Control
2) How much? $80 shipped to my door.
3) What does it do? It adds 1" of travel to your struts. It does not do anything with the ride height. It just helps the strut from bottoming out and make your struts last longer.
4) Does it work best with coilover or drop springs? I believe it works great with either or as long as the Inner Diameter would fit the upper mounts. Ground-Control claims that they only work for their brand but it fit perfectly on my Skunk2's...
Just got done installing them. Still works with my strut bar.

YES I called them and ordered it through them. YES the hood closes because it's made specifically for a civic/integra.
I just drove around the block and I felt the ride difference. My car drives more stiffer than it did before. It used to bounce a little. I drove through some rough roads on purpose and it didnt bottom out like it used to. I HIGHLY recommend these to anybody who dont have them.

They would fit as long as the I.D. (Inner Diameter) of the springs are the same as Ground Control or Skunk2's.
