Default quick header gasket question

got an RS-R header, didn't come with any gaskets, is the one connecting the header to the cat a donut gasket (fat round one) or one of the thin steel plates like the ones that are used throughout the exhaust system?

Between the engine and the header, there is a thin gasket. Between the header and the catalytic converter, there is a thick round gasket.

Donut gasket is the one that goes between the header and the cat....

I guess the one between the block and the header is the exhaust manifold gasket....
