motor mount problem

ok i have a bad motor mount ... its the rear mount on my engine right next to the firewall ... how do i get it out and the new one in ... my car is a 2000 civic dx with b16b in it ... thanks in advance

take off the two front mounts and swing it forward. dont forget to unbolt the rear mount
