Default CEL Light Flashes!?

Hey guys,
i got a 99gs-r in a 96dx ek. i did the swap with 96 civic ex harness and wired up all additional sensors and wires. running the 99 gs-r ecu also. problem is that when i drive the car around it will idle a little rough like it has a slight misfire problem. when it runs like this the CEL starts flashing. i checked the codes the other day when it was running really bad and these codes came up:
22-Vtec System Malfunction
45-System too Rich/Lean
71 through 74- random misfires

the car only runs like sh*t when it idles. but once the car gets rolling it runs fine. it is only when you come to a stop that it runs like crap. help me out guys. ever seen anything like this? its starting to **** me off that its running so crappy at idle.

my car did that when I was testing to see if my vtec was working. I had it engaged and kept power to the solenoid, when it idled it sounded like some drag car and ran like *** till close to 4k. Maybe your system is not dissengaging? i would look into the code 22 first. I belive it can give you both of the other codes.

I just did a minime into my car, i got misfire codes as well. I fixed those my correcting the firing order, remember on sohc its 1-3-4-2. As for the code 22, check for voltage between the blue/black and black wires on the pressure switch, harness side. With the key in the one position you should get 12v or close to it. Next switch to ohms mode and check for continuity between the pressure switch pins on the engine. If both of these check out, then take off the entire solenoid/pressure switch setup and clean the filter and check for gunk in any of the holes leading to the solenoid. Hope this helps.
