how to install stock tape player

okay i got this stock civic tape player from a friend that owned a 00 civic ex coupe. and was wondering how to install it in my brothers 96 civic ex. i took apart the whole head unit and no plugs would match so got confused

. so any tips would help. thanks..

they changed the plug in 98 i believe. You need to get a 00 clip from here. http://www.partsexpress.com/pe...DID=7 Do a search under my sn and you will see that I just did an 00 cd player into my 92 hatch. Oh yeah, and one of those clips that plugs into the stock harness as well, so you dont chop anything up.
