what happened to the renault that caused david coulthard to almost hit it and crash out after trying to avoid it? it was plain to see the renault suddenly slowed well short of the secane.

anyway, i was amazed they allowed shumacher to be pushed back onto the track. i'm rooting for kimi (or anyone) to give shumacher a run in the 2nd half of the season so the championship remains undecided until late.

 

They speculated that it was either just early braking or an extra downshift by an error in the electronics.

What is amazing about Schumacher being able to follow the rules? He kept the engine running, so he was allowed to continue with a push out of the gravel.

The championship is still up for grabs. I've been a fan of Raikkonen since he started, but I'd be happy to see either Raikkonen or Schumacher win.
