Okay I got my DSM injectors Saturday and I wanted to know what kind of a dremmel(size) do I need to use to make them fit on the NAPA seal kit.



I'm gonna be using the green rings, but I don't wanna use a dremmel that's too big, cuz' then my whole kit is gonna go to hell. Anybody knows which dremmel tip to I need to buy?

 

usee the large sanding drum, I don't remember what size it is, but you just hold the rubber thing in your (gloved) hand and run the drum in & out until the injector fits.

It takes awhile, and remember to not hold the same place all the time, because to keep it from spinning it will be pinched,and that may oval it if you hold the same spot all the time.

Now I know a ot of peop do use this, 450cc dsm, but are they as good as aftermarket injectors? If so, I am gonna pick a set up. Are they the same resistance, or close to the same as stock honda injectors? I got the tuning to down tune them for now, so it would be fine. Its just a matter of them being good, and plugging in with no problems. If someone can point me in the direction I need to look for more information on these injectors, I would appreciate it.

 

what seals did you buy? cuz i've herd you can use the ones off of a 95 del-sole and they'll go right in.

 

One more question, are all DSM injectors 450, or only turbo injectors 450?
