i have an 00 cx hatch with an 00 b16. i want to get a world sport cat back...will i be able to use the stock b16 cat without having to modify the b-pipe?

 

get a b16 cat and the dx catback exhaust

 

No cat-back for 96-00 will bolt up to the cat. Unless it is made for a CTR witch has the cat there stock.

I've been wondering about that myself. So with a b-series swap into an ek, will an after market cat back system hook directly to the header...or is there a gap? It looks like it should...

 

so what are people doing then? i hate to hack up a good exhaust...but i really want to use the stock cat if i can. so the cat back should bolt right up to the header though right...my stock exhaust did.

 

any other ideas...
