With turbo you could do it with enough tuning and money.

I wanted to turbo my D15, but I was told the rods on a D15 are too weak...if you go turbo, swap it first

Making that kind of Hp neither turbo or allmotor is going to pass smog....

If you want to make 230-250 allmotor is going to be hard to get there with a B16...

Do it turbo. you could get it with a turbo D15. you would just need a big one. or like like Mysideperformance said: B16a (VTEC) turbo.

TO:allmtr- JDM stands for '' japanese direct market''

I think a turbo would do it....but you would need to sleeve the block. If you add fuel with boost with extra injectors, you have a more likely chance at passing smog.

a b16 with turbo can pass smog tests, alot of turbo's are approved to pass...and i know a guy pushing 250 whp out of a b16 and still passes smog...not exactly sure on what hes running but he showed me some dyno charts and he passed his smog test
