Default DIY camber measurement tool?

I tried doing a search for the DIY camber measurement tool, but I couldn't find it. I was just wondering if anyone has a link to it, or could tell me how to make one or even buy one for cheap. Cheap being less than 50 bucks.

Thanks for any replies

Racer parts wholesale. Bubble caster/camber gauge. $40. Pretty accurate, and very repeatable results.

If you change the camber will the toe go off?

yes. after playing with camber..or something that causes changes in camber (like ride height changes), the toe will not be the same. perform your toe measurement last.
