I did a search but all the topics had to do with different gen Accords. I have a 99 Accord LX and am lookin into convertin the rear drums to disc. Is it the same parts as all the other gens? rear knuckle, caliper, and disc? any other parts? do you have to replace the master cylinder ?

 

Sombody posted this conversion a few months ago. He had detailed instructions along with pictures. What I remember from the post was that the conversion did not result in any significant performance gains, and that it was basically a job intended for cosmetics purposes.

 

Really? Well i still want to do it.. im just goin to upgrade rotors to AEM big brake kit.. do you remember any key words from post or who made the post?

 

Hey, I'm looking into doing the rear conversion as well. Did you find any good topics? I've been searching, and they only have information on 4th and 5th gen accords.
