I will be getting my R tomorrow hopefully.
But before hading the money, how could I check if the engine matches the car vin?

Or if any other parts came from another ITR?

There must be somekind of serial number on parts all over the car, no?

I guess this is what the R is all about!

 

VIN # on the block, tranny, front/rear bumpers, doors, hatch, firewall, door frames, reat hatch. Probably more, but I don't remember.

 

the serial # is on every panel on the car. pretty easy to check.
