Si or ZC transmission??

Default Si or ZC transmission??

i have both with about the same mileage at 30K or so and both in excellent condition...now which one do i want to slap onto my car??? probably going to be going the FI in a few months so?? oh and this would be on a d16a6.

the Si has better gearing than the ZC tranny, so i would go with that (even with the turbo).

if you have both then make a hybrid tranny! does teh ZC tranny have LSD?

Common Hybrid tranny is ZC gears with the Si final drive. This makes for SHORT gears and that would not be too great for FI.

I would go with a plain Si tranny and add an LSD later on.
