Default characteristics of inner tire wear?

What are some of the symptoms of inner tire wear? I have a constant shaking in my steering from 1-2 miles and hour all the way till about 85mph. I had to replace my axle a while back, but i still have a problem. I'm taking the car back to the place who replaced my axle next tuesday. When i bought my tires used they had some negative camber wear. I'm wondering if one of my rims is bent. Any clues anyone?

thanks

Rotate your tires front to back, if it does it less or more, then you have a out of balance or bent wheel...

If it shakes more, then its a front wheel, if less, then its a back wheel.
