Default Upgrade Bushings? Tools needed?

Well if I am getting that high mileage R then I probly need to replace all the rubber bushings. My question is that how powerful a press do I need to pop those suckas out? 12 ton? 20 ton? or can a 6 ton one do?
Also which bushing kit should I get. Stock from acura, Energy supsensions, or some Bling Bling JDM kits.

Well the blow torch is a option. But I still want to get a Shop press never the less. So what I need to know is how powerful a press I need to get the job done fast and easy.
Also I want to know which bushing kit should I go with? ES?Mugen?Spoon?OEM?

i heard that urethane inserts start to sqweak after time...

Mugen's are the best ones out... they aren't urethane... i think those are actually a stiffer type of rubber... but i'm not totally sure.

Careful about poly or harder bushings. You can experience bind if your suspension travel is stock, and probably even if it's short.

for a street car, most people rave about the mugen bits. they are a harder rubber than oem, but won't squeak like urethane. you could also just replace the old with new oem bushings.

Mugen's prices are outrageous. I think it's actually cheaper to buy replacement control arms in many cases than to buy the damn bushings from King/Mugen. The only Mugen bushing I'd consider is the trailing arm one.

I know 2 Grand-Am ITR's with the full Mugen bushing kit, and they said they couldn't tell a difference b/w that and stock :-/
