Default 88 civc dx suspension question?

Does anyone know why it is that Tein, Koni, KYB, Tockia and several other shock/coilover companies list all there products for 89-91 civics. What happened to 88 civic hatchback???? Does anyone know if the suspension is differnt on the 88 civic?

Just buy a set of rear LCAs from a 89-91 and problem solved. Rear struts will be cheaper if you do that conversion cause if you order them for an 88 you will get them at ITR prices since they are the exact same thing....
