2 stripped headbolts.. if i take it out later will the head/block surface be warped?

i have two stripped headbolts while all the other headbolts are loose... if i wait until later to take them out will the surface of the block/head warp?

It is DEFINITELY a chance I would not take.

My guess would be yes. That is why the Helms Manual tells you to losen the bolts each 1/3 of a turn at a time in the proper sequence.

If the head and block are completely cooled down, that would help keep it from warping.

But I think doing that would give the head better odds to warp than not to warp.

Don't chance it! You'll probably lose.
