Length is exactly the same, and I've seen enough people who insist that it will clear the oil pan to be comfortably certain that it does. The only real problem is with the flange at the collector. The B16 (Si) flange is set at a different angle than on the LS header, and thus a B16 (Si) header won't bolt directly to an LS cat (or vice versa) without modification.
