Fuel Pump Cut Off, Stop your car from getting STOLEN in about 5 Mins
OK, time after time i hear about ppls cars getting stolen. This is a Simple mod and it can be done easily with a small toggle switch from your local auto store. just splice off the YELLOW/GREEN/SILVER wire on the harness to a spot of your choice.
I have heard of ppl running it to cruise button, hazzards, aux lights, hidden in the seat, behind things, in the console, under the shifter boot so you can flick it but it cant be seen, in the glove box, under the sun visor.. it goes on and on
This will interupt the power to the fuel pump so then the thieves break your ign and try to turn the car over it wont start. this leaving the thief to grab things or push the car to a palce to be stripped. knowing the thief plans to make a quick exit in the car 99% of the stories i have heard the thief has fled empty handed.
Granted if the thief finds the switch or pushes the car to where they plan to strip it your still going to be heartbroken when you find it gutted. But just place your self in the thieves shoes for a second. you plan to make a speedy get away and you get ready to turn it over and it wont start. I dont think your going to sit in the car looking for hidden switches.
Hope this helps stick it to some Low Life *****

isn't it pretty easy to just remove the back seats and unscrew the metal cover and connect the two wires your self it only take like 5mins to do

No you don't what he's doing is hot-wiring the fuel pump, you don't need to do that. But that doesn't render a cut-off switch uneffective. A switch along with other small anti-theft mods can help out when combined.

Yeah all these mods are mostly just theft deterrants. It makes theives waste there time trying to steal your whole car. The more time spent on trying to steal the car the more likely the theive will leave for fear of being caught.

why go through all that crap.. just remove your main relay.. done and done.. nothing to cut nothing to splice, just clip on , clip off
Or hounds with bees in their mouths so when they bark they shoot bees at you.
Or sharks with fricken laser beams attached to their heads...

when using a series of relays like i did, u can kill power to ur ignition, ecu, and fuel pump all in one shot with one switch, makin hot wiring almost impossible....**** thieves

I don't think so. If you look at the post dates, they are all from 2003. I am not sure how this post got dug up.
