door not LOCKING...

door not LOCKING...
on my girl's del SLO...
she has a viper alarm, the doors UNLOCK, but do NOT LOCK when the alarm is activated... I can hear it "TRYING" to lock though... any suggestions?

aight, well chances are the actuator is messed up, so if she doesnt wanna take it back where she got it installed, you can take off the door panel and see if you can get it to work, there's no telling what's wrong with ti until you get the door panel off
