Damage to tires while mounting?
Acura is mounting some azenis on my car today so I just called them to ask if they were finished and the service manager says:
"They are still struggling to get those tires on. They should be done in about 20 min."
He then went on about what a bitch they are to put on etc.
Now I know that they have stiff sidewalls and can be a pain in the *** to get on I guess. I am going to check the rims for scratches and marks etc. but more importantly can they do damage to the tires if they are as retarded as the manager made them seem at doing this?

no. They are pretty hard tires to put on, especially for somebody without experience mounting tires with that stiff of a sidewall.
