My headlights decided to crap out on me today so I need some help finding the problem. When i turned the lights off the parking lights stayed on. I then turned the car off and they were still on. The headlight lever felt like it was in a bind. So now i turned them on and off a few times hoping it was just stuck. Well after a few tries i gave up. The only problem I found was the fuse under the hood was burnt so I replaced it and they are still doing the same thing. I can get the high beam on the right side to come on but that is all and the parking lights still wont go off. Does anyone know how to fix this or where I should even start?!?
This is on a 98 civic with Piaa plasma GTX bulbs, a CATZ wannabe HID kit, and factory foglights. I also tried unhooking the CATZ kit and that wasnt it..
