If I can't can someone point me to the *right* shops in no. VA area?

I thought that VA didn't have a visual inspection. If it doesn't, then all that matters is what the gas analyzer reads. I always get the idle/tailpipe test, not the dyno, so no worries of accidental boosting for me.
