it's time for the 45k service for my R. edmunds quote it to be around 200 bucks for the dealer, but my dealer is going to charge about 400 bucks. has anyone tried to talk the price down based on edmunds'?

servicing the car myself isn't an option.

45k service is just oil change, coolant and valve adjustment (if necessary) and a bunch of inspect this, inspect that.

 

there're alot of inspection kinda work. and valve adjustment.
i'm selling the car soon, and i have been doing all the 7.5k interval services at the dealer, and would like to keep it that way. it's just that a friend told me about the edmunds service price quote, and maybe i can get the dealer to lower down the price a bit.
i'm in boston.

 

I found a dealership to do it for cheap 200 bucks. you can find it, its out there
